Your little ones will really enjoy this sequencing activity with the favorite story, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle! It's a great activity to use with your color words thematic unit or for an author study during Read Across America in March.
Print these cards on cardstock using best print quality and laminate them for students to use at a center or station. This would also make a great whole-group activity for the pocket chart! You may also print a copy for each student to cut, sequence and paste on a large piece of construction paper. Ordinal number words are included for older students.
I have more sequencing card sets for other favorite books in my shop for back to school or any time of year!
If you like this activity and think that other teachers may too, please Pin-it, or like my store on Facebook!I'd appreciate your help in letting teachers know where to find me! Thanks so much!
Thanks for the activity. I used it after the author, Eric Carle, read the story to the kids on the computer. Then the kids checked their order with the story again. They loved it. What about Polar Bear, Polar Bear?
