This product will help you form a positive community in your classroom, with the help of "bucket filling."
There are two great books that address bucket filling: "Have You Filled a Bucket Today?" by Carol McCloud and "How Full is Your Bucket?" by Tom Rath.
The product includes bucket filling poster and a brief explanation of how I use this system in my classroom.
I've also included:
- bucket filler sorting activity (perfect for a back to school center) with writing prompt
- Bye Bye Bucket Dippers 2 page worksheet (changing a bucket dipper situation into a bucket filler)
- Venn Diagram to compare Bucket Filler to Bucket Dipper
- Bubble Map to describe Bucket Filler

I used this activity with my 5th graders who were in need of some character building activities. I created a "bucket wall" and the students have loved it! Although the activities are a bit primary, any class in need of team building can adapt this!

When I try to open the Bucket Fillers file, a number of pages don't "render" (pages 1-4, 6-8, and 11). Is there another way of accessing the file? Thank you--it looks like a terrific resource!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I taught preschool (ages 3-5) for 4 years. I'm going into my 2nd year of teaching in the public school systems. Last year, I taught 2nd grade in a high poverty area. Next year, I will be looping with my students to 3rd grade. I love my job and feel fortunate to be able to enjoy my work.
