Another great math station set! I love that many of these are the same types of games that have been in other sets, this allows my kiddos to use them with very minimal pre-instruction. However, because the theme/graphics change it still keeps them highly engaged while practicing their math skills :) LOVE it!!

Deedee,
LOve your unit!! I am following you and desire to buy EVERYTHING that you make! I just have a question about the "Go Fish" game in this unit. Could you explain how you play that? You mentioned shuffling the cards and laying them face down. Then do the students take turns flipping two over to see if they match? Do you use two sets? For example, a bee set and a grasshopper set and match those numbers?
Michelle
For go fish, the kiddos will ask each other for a card. "Do you have a 6?". Since 6 is represented in many ways (tally marks, 10 frames...) you don't need to print additional copies if the cards. You can have the kids place the cards face up or face down. Your choice... Sorry this is short. I'm replying on my cell phone, but I hope it answers you question.
Hi Kristine! I know they look small. I was going to blog about it this weekend, but I can upload some images tonight (but it will be late, late, late tonight). :-)
