Can you modify your intermediate and high school celdt lessons for grades 3-5? I am administering the celdt by mid-October. Listening, speaking, and reading.

I just took a look at the CELDT Test Released Questions for grades 3-5 and it looks identical. In fact, I might just change my packets to reflect all grades (only K-2 show real differences). If there is any difference between the 3-5 and 6-12 test, it would simply be the number of questions for each section. If you download the "Preview," you can compare that with the Test Released Questions to see the similarities.

Hope this helped! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi! I don't have anything specifically for any one grade level, but if you compare the test released questions at, say, grades 3-5 in Speaking, you'll see it's pretty close to what I've created (refer to page 38 on the test released questions http://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/tg/el/documents/celdtrtqs0111.pdf). The only difference is perhaps the way the students' responses are graded. If you tell me what grade or range of grades you're looking for, as well as the CELDT area you're interested in, I can compare the two for you and either give you the go-ahead to get what I already have, or make some adjustments to make it more grade appropriate for you.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After spending years in the field of marketing, I have found a new passion as an educator. Specifically focusing on Language Arts, I enjoy creating lessons that prepare students for state testing to help expose the students, prepare the students, and ultimately assist them with becoming more proficient with key communication skills.
