Remind your children to check their work before they hand it in with this super cute, eye-catching resource. The acronym COPS reminds the children to edit their work for (C)apitalization, (O)verall neatness, (P)unctuation, and (S)pelling.

GREAT visual/scaffold providing students with support needed until they have "internalized" the information and it becomes a "natural" part of their writing process.

I Love the simplicity of this but yet very memorable for kids. Thank you.
I already used the COPS process for my kids, but this is a much cuter visual than what I gave them! It's going on my writing bulletin board as a quick reminder.

I looooovvveeee your things! I was wondering if you would be willing to make a couple things for 4th grade for our reading program- reading street. I could send you the words and I think you could just plug it into your templates... I was hoping something like your second grade sight word pack with our spelling words. Please let me know!!! : )
Thanks so much for the kind words. My sight word packets took me an entire summer to create. As much as I love to please everyone, this is an incredibly tall order because every single activity would need to be done over. I am so sorry, but I cannot fulfill this request. I really am sorry!
I have been a primary teacher for 19 years. I've taught everything from Pre-K to fifth grade. Although I love all grades, kindergarten, first, and second grades are my absolute favorites!
