At the heart of reading instruction are CVC words and short vowel sounds. This unit provides you with 20 common CVC word and picture cards. The pictures are realistic picture cards which makes learning these sometimes tricky words a little easier. I have provided a guide for how to use this pack multiple ways.

I am so excited to start my word study lessons next week with these CVC activities. I have created some elkonian boxes before, but these are perfect with the picture on the card. I also love how the middle box for the short vowel is highlighted!!!
