CVC Packet
This CVC Packet has 17 worksheets that work with the following CVC word families: -at, -an, -ug, -en, -ip, -ig, -un, and -op.
The CVC Color, Cut and Paste worksheets help students to isolate each individual sound in the simple CVC word families, which will promote early phonics skills.
The CVC Boxes (Block) Worksheets will also help students isolate individual sounds, use the correct size penmenship for each letter and support independent letter formation.
These hands-on worksheet will be an excellent addition for word work and literacy centers.
Common Core Standards Linked to this product:
RF.1.1 Orally produce single-syllable words by blending sounds (phonemes), including consonant blends.
RF.1.2 Isolate and pronounce initial, medial vowel, and final sounds (phonemes) in spoken single-syllable words.
RF.1.2 Segment spoken single-syllable words into their complete sequence of individual sounds (phonemes).
