This worksheet is a great way to get students to practice commission problems, in a different and more fun way than a traditional worksheet. It can be confusing to them if they have never done a bulls eye problem before, so it is important to do one "slice" with them. It is important for them to understand that the center corner is the basis for the entire slice. I feel that it is important for them to write the equation each time to help them remember the equation and to help them solve the hard problems on the back. The equation is worked out on the KEY with examples from each side of the worksheet. Overall this is a great way to have them practice the work and they will truly enjoy this better than a traditional worksheet.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have over 13 years experience teaching high school math. I started my career teaching in Quincy, Florida for 2 years. After that I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina for 3 years. I tried it back home where I grew up in Juneau, Alaska for 2 years. After leaving Alaska, I moved back to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where I taught for 4 years and I was the department chair for the last 3 years. I taught in Clarksville, TN for 2 years and was a Level 5 teacher my final year there. I am currently in Juneau, AK working on my Masters in Mathematics Education, K - 8. I am not currently teaching, but I am still working with youth at a residential youth facility.
