It's Valentine's day and your your students are all excited about exchanging their cards! Keep them engaged and learning with my 17 page SmartBoard Lesson. The file includes a detailed teacher's lesson plan, interactive pages and printable recording sheets. The recording sheets can be used individually or stapled together into a Candy Heart Math booklet. You will need to purchase small boxes of candy hearts for your class to complete this lesson (or you can put random amounts of candy hearts into small baggies).

The students enjoyed the activities very much! The hardest part was holding out long enough so they wouldn't eat the manipulatives.
