I sent you a message a couple weeks ago and I was just wondering if you had decided how we could go about getting a refund taken care of? I purchased the Canterbury Pre-Reading pack as well as the Canterbury Tales (entire pack)---not knowing that the pre-reading was included in the other pack that I purchased. You had mentioned in your first response that we could figure out a way to get me a refund for the pre-reading pack. Just curious!! thanks so much.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Bowers set to work to create one of the most comprehensive and innovative Literature Guide sets on the market. Joined by a middle school teacher with 21 years of secondary school experience, Secondary Solutions began, and has matured into a specialized team of intermediate and secondary teachers who have developed for you a set of materials unsurpassed by all others.
