A creative assessment of the novel, A Catcher in the Rye. The focus is on concise writing, interpretation and knowledge of literary devices. A rubric is included in the preview. Note: On a block schedule classes are roughly an hour and a half - this assessment has taken most of my students the entire period to finish.
