Teach the Cell Cycle (Interphase; Mitosis: Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase; and Cytokinesis) by having the students make this large 9 x 42 inch poster. All of the instructions are included, along with patterns for the drawings and descriptions. Students color, cut, and glue the steps by following a picture of the cell cycle the teacher prints out or displays on the digital projector. Pages 6 and 7 include cells that have already been colored for the teacher to display on the projector to help students complete their projects. The first page of this project is a color photo of a completed project. Standard 1.e of the 7th grade California science standards is taught with this poster. Bluebird Teaching Materials.
