By creating a cell game, students will unitize the organelle vocabulary and match it to the organelles functions/processes in the construction of their teams game. Students will review cellular structure, names, process and function by playing their own game and other students games during class time. In writing, the students will develop the rules, instructions and all the components needed to participate in the cell game. Prior to making the game, they will write out a basic description of the game and produce a materials list.
