Have you ever felt the need to add a little spice to your science routine? Students these days seem to learn better when the teacher adds some pizzazz to their lessons. I created some PowerPoint lessons to help with the boredom for students AND the teacher!
This PowerPoint is focused on science and matter. A student understanding what matter is and how it can change is a basic science skill all students need to know. This particular PowerPoint I use with 5th graders. While I teacher this lesson, I have students take notes so they can refer back.

I have been an ESOL elementary teacher for 7 years now. I've mostly worked with 5th grade students; however, I am currently working with 2nd graders. I've had other jobs/careers and teaching is the most fulfilling profession I've ever had! I continue to grow as an educator and very interested in learning more from others.
