I hope I can help. I always ask this first... Do you have smart notebook installed on your computer? This is a .notebook file and requires the Notebook software that comes with your smart board. If you DO have the notebook software and it is still not opening, send me another message in the "ask a question" tab and I'll try to help. If you DO NOT have Notebook software, you can click "contact us" at the bottom of the page and request a refund. Let me know if you need any further assistance! If my lesson doesn't work for you, I hope you find some other great products on TPT!

Hi! This lesson was created by a piece of software called Smart Notebook. You must have this software to open this lesson. I think that Mimio uses it's own software. Unfortunately, you cannot open this lesson without the notebook software. I'm so sorry. If this is the first time you have purchased a whiteboard lesson from TPT, it's really important to make sure you have the software to open the file before purchasing. SmartBoards are similar to Mimio except that each company uses different software. I so wish that the interactive whiteboard companies would have worked together so that we could share lessons no matter what kind of whiteboard we were using... but this isn't the case. If you email me, I can send you some of the lesson in PDF form, but all the interactive pages will not work. Some of the lesson ideas may still be useful though. I will be happy to do this.
