Check out my Charlotte's Web Mini Unit Packet 2 of 3 (and the 3rd one is FREE!!).
This mini unit packet will take 5 days to complete, after reading 1 chapter per day, and assigning activities for homework, or independent work, after reading.
ELA concepts covered in this 6 page packet:
- Daily vocabulary words from each packet using dictionary skills (students look up definitions with partner, as whole class, or independently)
- Making inferences
- 2 constructed responses
- TtoT, TtoS, & TtoW activity
- Figurative Language Concepts
- Writing a friendly letter
The unit study is comprehensive. Great for an end of the year unit, or right before testing to read a GREAT book to wrap up and review for state testing! I always do this unit study 1 month before testing (3 weeks to complete unit, and 1 week right before to review all concepts).
Check out mini unit packet for chapters 1-7 and chapters 17-22 (which is FREE!!) at my TpT store!

Hi Lindsay,
Purchased your Charlotte's Web packets. Could you please change the order of the word "hoist" found in the CH 6 & 7 page of the packet to number 1 so that it can be in the order found in the book?
Thanks for your help,
Patricia
Patricia, I appreciate your purchase. Sadly, my thumb drive that I created this file no longer works. Therefore, I don't have the editable file. Thanks for asking! Lindsay

Hi Lindsay!
I just downloaded your two Charlotte's Web activity packets. Unfortunately, there are heavy black lines through most of it that prevent me from reading the text! Any ideas on how to fix it? I cannot wait to use it in the upcoming weeks, the material sounds great!
Hi, Kate! :) Thanks so much for purchasing these packets!! I'm sorry that there is this issue. There are 1 of 2 reasons for this. First, make sure that you aren't trying to simply view it from an iPhone (it won't show up...you'll have to download it directly from a PC/laptop. Secondly, if you are using a Mac, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader X. If after downloading that and it still doesn't work, try these options: - If you're a Mac user, switch browsers (i.e. if you're currently opening in Firefox, try opening in Internet Explorer or Safari) - Make sure you check Adobe under "open with" to verify that that Adobe is the program you're using to open the document and not "preview" - Try opening the document from an entirely different computer (open directly from TpT). I hope these options work!! If not, please email me at lindsaydflood@gmail.com {don't forget the "d" in between "lindsay" and "flood"}. I am currently on vacation, but will be back on Monday. I will be MORE than happy to try and send you a copy over email! Please let me know if any of these work! :) Lindsay :)
