They are not multiple choice? The preview you have looks like MC

No, sorry. That's a generic image. I'm in the process of updating the images. You can easily make it a multiple choice by just adding three other choices along with the correct answer, however.

How many questions are there? Is there a key included?

I believe there are 25 questions in the test -- short answer, fill-in. Yes there is an answer key.

HI, I purchased the match a rama. I can't resave the file back to the program directory. It keeps saying I can't do it. Where's the multiple choice program located?

Hi, Tiffany. To create a new file, follow the direction in the documentation included. QuizList.txt is the file that is used by the program that contains your questions. Alter this as needed and then resave it to the directory. You should be able to do this with no problem. Then when you run the program again, it will have your questions. I'm not sure what you mean by multiple choice, since this is a matching test generator. If you are still experiencing problems, please get back to me with more details about the problem.

Albert,
I just found this site recently. I like some of your creation. I am a HS Math teacher of 23 yrs and have some materials I have developed. My question is, is it worth my time to get these on this site? Do you make any money? Thanks for your honesty. Please email a response to: clabeots@baraboo.k12.wi.us

I bought your product. It would not download; I apparently do not have zip drive. Now I have accidentally closed the program. I cannot find the download option. Do you have this without zip?

Hi, Dgrebe. You don't need a zip drive to use the program, but your machine must have winzip installed on it to unpack the file. This is used because a packed file will contain many files (such as this one). Most new Windows PCs have Winzip already on them and all you have to do is double click the file you download and Winzip takes over giving you instructions. You can get WinZip for free as a trial from winzip.com, install it on your machine and then use it to unzip files from this site and many others, including mine. I can send you the files individually if you like, but it will take some time. If you send me an email at abaggetta@comcast.net, I can try sending them to you, but if you can unzip the package you have it would be easier. TPT allows you to download the package for an extended period of time. In any event, let me know what you would like me to do.

Hi. I have been trying to download the sample, but everytime I click on it, it takes me to the home page. Maybe it is a glitch in the system, but I just wanted to let you know. Thanks.

Hi, Kathryn. Thanks for the question. It seems that TPT is having problems with some picture files bouncing back to the title page. Also, I'm in the process of replacing old images which seem to bounce with new images that will work. Which item were you having a problem with, specifically, I can probably fix that so you can see it.

Hi, Dave. Good questions. I assume you are talking about the Multiple Choice Test Maker. There are two ways to add images to the questions. After creating the test you can copy and paste images under the questions. Also you can copy the entire text, paste it into a word processor and add your images if you like. Hope this answers the question. Since I only check this QA once in a while, if you have further questions, please send them to me via email at abaggetta@comcast.net.

Does your product support adding images to the MC questions? I teach physics and math and we have few good MC questions that do not require a picture.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi, Michelle. Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately I don't check this QA section enough and have no way of knowing a question has been asked otherwise.
I'll have to look into this problem. Hadn't noticed it before. Would it be possible for you to send me one of the data files you created so I can check this problem. You can send it via email to me at abaggetta@comcast.net and I'll get back to you.
Thanks

Hi Albert,
I purchased your multiple choice test maker last month and really like it.
There is a problem I am having though, and am wondering if you have an updated version.
I use the random question and answers option and whenever I have it print out just the letter answers (instead of the words) there are some errors. I have made 5 versions of a test and each one has several letters wrong on the key (ranges from 1-7 on a 50 question test).
It also looks pretty random, never the same error or the same problem number. I have gone back to the database to make sure the answers were not entered in the wrong spots and the database is fine.
When I generate the test and have it print out the words instead of the letters I think (?) it is fine (well I've tried it once and it was perfect).
I'd really like to just be able to print out the letters or the letters next to the words at least just to save time when I am filling in the keys.
Is this something you have encountered before?
Thank you for your time.

Hi, Denise. Unfortunately my computer software only works on Windows PC (unless your Mac is running a Windows emulator). Testing material in .rtf or text format should open ok on Mac's.

Hi, Diane. Sorry for the delay and the error. I forgot to include the lesson material along with the test material in this pack. If you send me an email at abaggetta@comcast.net (referring to this problem) I'll email the other items back to you as an attachment.

Will your software work on a MacBook computer, or are you just geared for PCs?

I recently purchased your Gold Bug materials. In the description information you say that a lesson plan and an activity for studying the work. I don't find either of these pieces included. All I received was a sequential list of questions and a brief answer key and what look like two advertisements.
Please let me know what I'm missing here.
Thank you,
