This is a one day activity. Students learn about deposits and withdrawls and the consequences of cashing a bad check. They are required to keep a check book accurately and there are pretend checks for the students to practice with. The activity also requires the students to complete a summary and a check book reconciliation. There are answer keys included.

Wow!! Here are a few things that will keep my students busy when they finish the state test. They are already nervous so these worksheets will provide some fun when they are finished. Also, if I notice an error I can fix it myself and save it as a PDF file so that it is there again when I need it. Thanks seller for your knowledge and expertise. I look forward to buying again. This is my first purchase because I just joined, but you can bet I will be looking for the author's name again real soon. I am in my sixth year of teaching. My certification is in Math grades 7-12. I began teaching in an IB/Magnet High School in Rochester, NY where I taught Precalculus, Computer Programming, and Math A. After 2 successful years, my family moved to Florida where we could enjoy the sunshine year round. For the past 4 years, I have been teaching in a suburban High School in Florida. In addition to teaching Geometry, Algebra, and AP Calculus AB, I co-chair the math department. I am currently working on my National Board Certification.
