Use the popular Scrabble Cheez Its to help you play scattergories. Just pull out three crackers, place them on the game board, and list as many words into the categories as you can!
This is a great idea. I love playing the game, and this is a great fun way to use in the classroom. I can't wait to try it.

This looks like FUN. But I am not quite sure how to play--do they fill in the boxes with words that begin with the letter on the cracker that is in the box on that row? Great idea! I knew those Cheez-Its were educational!
Hey Guinevere! They put the Cheez Its in the dashed line boxes. Then, whatever letter is on the Cheez It is the letter they have to use for each category. So if they have a letter M they might list Matt for aperson, mountains for a place, and mouse for a thing. It's fun to see how many things you can list in each category or if you can even come up with something for that category. K and J can be hard!
