MY CART
(12 pages) Here's a great way to engage students in a subject that some might dread - chemistry! We have students work in pairs to cut out the twelve (12) different panels of our gigantic Periodic Chart of the Elements. Metals, nonmetals, metalloids, solids, liquids, & gases can all be color coded. We included the 92 naturally occurring elements (Tc & Pm are designated).
Cutting and pasting will take about 45 minutes. Double that for coloring. Fun!
(This chart is the same as our Chemistry Chart 1, except that the symbols are outlined, and element names are solid - vice versa for Chart 1)
