This presentation Lesson Plan has 45 slides on the following Biochemistry topics:
Basics of Chemistry, The Atom, Elements, The Most Common Elements, Element Symbols, Compounds, Compound Properties, Chemical Bonding, Molecules, Ions, Ionic Bonds, Covalent Bonds, Chemical Formulas, Formula Examples, Structural Formulas, Equations, Organic and Inorganic Compounds, Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, Enzymes, Enzymes and Temperature, Enzymes and pH, Nucleic Acids, The pH Scale.
My PowerPoint presentations have been made to be both informative on curricular topics and visually stimulating for all students. 100% of my students prefer to receive and discuss new topics via PowerPoint (compared to reading textbooks, lectures, or copying information off of the board). I have found that this method works extremely well with both mainstreamed and inclusion students. When I taught in a traditional HS, I provided a notebook with all the slides for students who needed to take a second look at a slide or were absent for the day.
A free product preview of the entire PowerPoint Presentation is available below.
An Outline on this topic can be purchased separately which guides students through this presentation. There is also a separate Homework, Laboratory, Quiz, Test and other resources available on this topic.

Through the use of technology, The Lesson Guide is able to assist teachers in overcoming many of the traditional challenges that are presented in both regular education and inclusion classroom settings. The Lesson Guide teaching materials focus on using PowerPoint presentations supplemented with Note outlines. These materials have been made to be both informative on curricular topics and visually stimulating for all students. The resources that you will find within this catalog have been successfully used in many classrooms across the United States.
