This is a fully editable Word document, written in Spanish for nine characters. (TWO of the characters could be played by one person):

The skit is a short two pages in length, and can be easily changed into whichever tense you are currently working with in class (present, imperfect, etc.) It can also be translated into another foreign language fairly easily.

The students really get into the project and "compete" to be the best presentation. I tell them that after every group has presented their skit for the class, they will vote on the very best performance (they cannot vote for their own group). The winning group members will win a coupon for 10 extra-credit points that can be used on a test, quiz or final exam of their choice. They really do fight for this prize. It's fun to see how creative they can get!!!
