Handouts include area for students to create visual notes of vocabulary presented in class. This method really good for the visual learner. I like to encourage my students to not directly translate from English to Spanish. With pictures, we "eliminate the middle man".
Handout includes pages to be used in class for guided practice, checking for understanding, or choose certain sections for students to continue as activities sent home.
Contents:
Page 1: Chores vocabulary notes sheet
Page 2: 7 sentences for students to translate, Eng to Span & Span to Eng; Personalized questions involving chores for students to answer in Spanish
Page 3: Writing, identification practice. Students write their chores in preference order; Verbal partner activity prompt
Page 4: Writing activity to prompt students to use chores vocab to use variety of tenses (present, past, future)
Page 5: Answer Key (not all pages have answer keys as answers vary on certain portions)
NOTE: The thumbnail images for this item were auto generated so appears as if pages aren't aligned correctly. I have double checked docs and they appear ok on my end. If formatting is still off, send me an email and I will send you properly formatted version. Thanks!
