Board the Polar Express with us to travel to each continent to learn about Christmas traditions around the world. This 49 page package contains a Christmas Around the World scrapbook, a suitcase to keep souvenirs in, stickers to decorate the suitcase with, Polar Express tickets, and 6 craft ideas.
In this 9-day unit, the countries you will visit are: Canada or U.S.A., Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Germany, China, Australia, and ending at the North Pole!
*Note about the stickers--they are to be printed on 1 x 2-5/8" labels (Avery 5160 or 48860 works). When you print them out from the pdf, make sure you change the size option to "Actual Size" or "None", instead of "Fit to Printable Area". Otherwise they shrink a bit and don't fit nicely on the labels. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Have had a Christmas around the world unit in my classroom for years. Used this unit to "spice" up my unit and I love it. Thanks!

Loved this unit!!! I made powerpoints for each of the countries as we went to help show photos and videos. 1st graders loved it and looked forward to it everyday!!

Hi There,
I love your unit, my students are really enjoying travelling the world! I'm wondering if you would consider adding a page for a country that celebrates Ramadan? I would also love some Ideas for Poland :)
Sorry, I won't be adding any new countries at this moment!

What font did you use the make the country stickers? When I try to print them using Avery 5160 labels they don't line up properly.
Thanks for the great resource!
The font is just "Century Gothic", using word art to make it kind of bubbly. When you print from the pdf, where it says "Page Scaling", make it say "None" instead of "Fit to Printable Area". It should print out nicely then. Thanks for your purchase!

I just bought your unit. Love it! I am thinking about deleting a few and adding a few of my own. Is there a way to edit the stickers that you included to change the name of the country?
Send me an email and I can try to help you out! (atervoort@gmail.com)

I am needing the stickers to match the style Avery 15510. Is there anyway to make these changes so they will print correctly, or send me a copy of the document so I can do it? I have already purchased the unit, which I LOVE!! Just need these stickers a.s.a.p.! Thanks! :0)
Avery 15510 is the same size as 5160 (1 x 2-5/8") so they should work!! Let me know if it doesn't work for some reason.

I absolutely love your unit. If I were to translate it into Spanish, do you think you could redo it in Spanish? This would be a great unit in Spanish as well! I would love to have this in both languages! Please let me know! Thanks!
Could you tell me what books are recommended for reading? We live overseas and I would like to make sure that I can get the books on Kindle or easily purchase while visiting in the states
Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe installed. On your "My Purchases" page, there is a link to download the latest version. Also, try rightclicking on the download link and saving the target (PC) or link (Mac) to your desktop. If you are still having troubles, on your "My Purchases" page, on the right there is a grey box that says "Need Help?" and a link that says "Downloading Difficulties". Click that and TpT will email you the file instead.
