
Evan Paquette, a professional Arts Educator and Teaching Artist in New York City, has earned a M.A. in Educational Theater from New York University and a B.A. in English and Theater Arts from Rutgers. Evan has spent the past two years designing and implementing dynamic curricula that use film as a vehicle for helping "at risk" and urban populations improve their critical thinking, reading, and writing skills. In addition to his work designing curricula, Evan has worked as a Teaching Artist for elementary, middle, and high school students in New York City Public Schools. Evan has facilitated professional development workshops and presented his work at New York University’s Theater Pedagogy Conference. Professional Affiliations include Kappa Delta Pi, International Honor Society in Education and The New York State Theatre Education Association.
