Merry Christmas! Your second graders will enjoy sorting words that have prefixes and suffixes on work mats and writing sentences with each. This is a freebie center coded with the CCSS standard RF.2.3. but any grade level could use it. This is a sample of the centers from my Merry Christmas Common Core Math and Literacy Centers .
