This PowerPoint is a continuation of a series designed to teach your students how to properly use accent marks in Spanish. It explains what aguda words are and when they need accent marks. It also provides a review of what students have previously learned about llana and esdrujula words. In addition to clear explanations, there are many examples as well as ample opportunities for in-class guided practice. Additionally, there are links to five online practice activities that I have created to help students practice what they've learned about word classification and accent marks. The entire PowerPoint is in Spanish.
