This product allows you to create 9 different class books about: antonyms, synonyms, compound words, comparison words (-er and -est), homographs, abbreviations, prefixes (re-, un-, and pre-), addition number stories, and subtraction number stories.
After teaching a lesson or unit on each of these concepts, making a class book is a great way to culminate the unit. It allows students to apply what they've learned, and once the book is made, review it over and over again as they check out the book to read.
Students will love seeing their work published in a book for everyone to read and enjoy. These books are also great for parents to browse through while waiting on conference nights!
Each book includes a cover, student page, and 30 word cards (enough for each student to have a different word). Directions for making the class books are also included.
