This file contains various forms teachers can use in their classrooms. Most of these forms can be assembled together in a folder or binder to create your own substitute folder or sub tub. Almost all of the files are editable so you can add YOUR OWN personal information! In addition, you can change the fonts to whatever fonts/sizes/colors you want!
Most files are Microsoft Word files (a couple are PDFs). Simply click inside the text box and erase or edit what is already there.
*Because there are different versions of Microsoft Word and I created the files and saved them in an older format to be compatible with more computers, you may need to adjust the text size or text boxes.

I've been teaching for seven years. I taught in a 2nd and 3rd grade multiage class for one year. I ran our school computer lab and taught technology lessons to all students in K-5 for two years. The 2012-2013 school year will be my fifth year teaching first grade, and love it!
