This is a huge resource for preschool, ELL, or special education classrooms, specifically for students with autism!
Included are 52 individual schedule icons for use in the school setting. These include a picture for each activity such as centers, circle, reading, bathroom, discrete trial/1 on 1 work, sand table, word study, computer, and many more! They can be laminated and used for each students picture schedule.
There is also a whole-class picture schedule that can be printed out larger. These include words and pictures to represent each activity of the day.
There are also within-task schedules detailing the steps for daily events such as:
- using the bathroom
- washing hands
- unpacking/packing up
- circle time (including song picture choices)
Also included is a set of picture schedule icons and within-task schedules for the home. This is great to send home with students to help their parents better communicate with their child at home. These can also be used in the school setting to work on functional life skills.
Many routines are included such as:
- bath time
- brushing teeth
- getting dressed
All icons include a picture and words to help develop early reading skills and boost understanding of daily concepts. Great for students of all ages!
I love this! It is helping the one student in my class who needs these visuals learn routines and schedules. I also gave mom the parent pack and she was able to create the same schedule at home:).
This is exactly what I was looking for! I teach preschool for three year olds, and this year, I have a non-English speaking student and another student with a significant speech delay. I do not have access to Boardmaker, so this will be extremely helpful! Thank you!
