Hang this adorable chevron and polka dot pennant banner above your classroom rules. I included the phrase “We Are” in addition to “Rules” from which you can choose to display. I included my four expectations “responsible,” “respectful,” “caring,” and “safe.” Since every teacher’s expectations are different, I included matching blank frames for you. (I’m sure you can find other uses for these cute frames around your room as well.)

To assemble the pennant banner, simply print and punch holes toward the edges of each pennant and use ribbon/yarn to string together. OR you may fold back the white ½ inch above each pennant and staple to ribbon or yarn. I recommend printing on card stock and laminating for durability.
