Send this letter home to parents and family members to solicit volunteer help in the classroom. Once parents let you know what they are interested in doing and how often they can help, you can then create a master Classroom Volunteer Schedule. This is a one page file that you can edit if necessary.
I love that you made a list of helping ideas! So many parents want to help, but are not sure if they can really do it. This gives them very concrete ideas. Thank you for brainstorming this!
