This is a rubric I used to evaluate a clay animation presentation done in a second grade classroom. The title says "Life Cycle of a Frog," but the rubric is generic and the title can be changed.
I give the students the rubric to look at when they are working. This allows them to know exactly how they will be evaluated.

I have taught for eleven years in a variety of grade levels and socio-economic levels. I have enjoyed all grade levels that I have taught, and am enjoying my current work in Junior High! I have a B.S.I.S. from Midwestern State University and a Master's in Technology Integration from Nova Southeastern University. I have also worked as a Campus Technology Integration Facilitator, and have presented at local and regional conferences. I enjoy working with peers and students! They both provide new sets of challenges.
