This unit is a cute unit to use for Easter that your young students will enjoy! All worksheets are provided in color and black/white.
This unit includes:
Give A Dog a Bone-- A sequencing activity. This can be used as a literacy center activity. Laminate the cards and let the studens put the bones in order. Keep copies of the worksheets in the center. OR it can be done individually at desk. As an option, you may also let the students cut/paste the bones onto a piece of construction paper in the order that it happened in the story.
Going on an Egg Hunt--A word sort. Cut out the baskets and the eggs. Laminate the pieces for sturdiness. The students sort the words using the easter baskets that are labeled "o in shovel" and "o in rot". They place the eggs in the correct basket. Then the student records their answer in the worksheet provided.
Clifford Creative Writing/themed paper--Writing to the prompt: "Clifford fell into a tub of dye and turned all kinds of crazy colors! Imagine that you fell into a tub of egg dye. What happened? How would people react? How did it make you feel? How did you become normal again?"
Jumping Jelly Beans--A measuring activity. Measure each jelly bean to the nearest half inch. Then put in order from smallest to biggest. Cut/paste activity or a match center activity with worksheet provided.
Easter Egg Hunt Results---A graphing activity. Students will read a graph with the results from an Easter Egg Hunt then answer the questions provided in a colorful worksheet.
