This is a simple opening actvity for a new semester. Its a blank coat of arms with some questions for students to consider before filling it out. Its a way for students to express who they are and I usually hang them on the wall to give students some oqwnership in their learning environment.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
7 years of successful teaching in the Public High School system in NYC. While there, I have taught English to 9th, 10th and 11th graders. In addition I have taught courses in SAT Prep, Media Studies. Digital Photography, Screenwriting and Music Theory. Over the years I have developed a reputation for creative lesson plans, passionate instruction, and excellent classroom management skills.
