Need coin counting practice? Over 40 pages!Three themes: School Supply, Birthday, and Picnic.
*Each theme has colored centers black/white option as well.
*Students look at price of item and generate various coin combinations to equal that price.
*A work area is provided on each mat to use classroom coins before recording
*Each combination is recorded on the chart using tally marks
Laminate or use sheet protectors for colored copies. Blackand white can be used to copy on bright card stock or as seat work, homework, small group or assessment
This activity is very helpful in exchanging coin values, and cointing on by fives tens and ones.
My students love completing these charts!
