Thank you, Mrs. Balius! No, these are separate. The mega bundle has some different striped backgrounds and those do not have any with frames. This package actually has some that come with frames so you don't have to layer. It was one of my first clip-art packages, but still one of my favorites. :) Welcome to TpT!
