This was used in addition to the circus FANBOYS. I liked the powerpoint. It gave my students a lot of practice but it was a little repetitive. Overall, a great tool to use in a lesson!

I really love your work, Teachers Unleashed! I own many of your great presentations. I did want to let you know, though, that there are two errors in this presentation. On slides 14 and 17, your use of conjunctions do not create compound sentences. Example on Slide 14: The hikers wore warm jackets, and brought backpacks with special gear. The subject is hikers and the conjunction combines a compound predicate - wore and brought. You could add a subject after the conjunction (like "they") to make it a compound sentence. On slide 17: "The team decided to have soup for dinner, and prepare a fire for the night." "Team" is the subject, "decided" is the verb, and the conjunction creates a compound infinitive. You could change it to "The team decided to have soup for dinner, and they wanted to prepare a fire for the night."
I just wanted to point it out so you could correct it. I don't think this reflects at all on the overall quality of your work. I'm still a huge fan! (Feel free to delete this comment after you read it if you want.)
