Students can learn how to compare fractions using:
*Comparing fractions poster. (Use this as an anchor chart in your classroom)
*Fraction War game to compare fractions
* Fraction spinner to compare fractions
* Equivalent fractions worksheets
* Comparing Fractions with the same denominator quiz
* Comparing Fractions with the same numerator quiz
I have used these games, worksheets, and the poster in my own 3rd grade classroom and the students loved it and are very quick at comparing fractions now.
These files are .pdf and will require Adobe Reader or Preview for Mac users.
Thank you for your hard work! I love the anchor chart and how it gives so many strategies to help the students! Fantastic resource! Also, the activities are so useful and fun! :)
Perfect anchor chart for comparing fractions. I found a similar list in a conceptual text and thought I hit pay dirt when I saw you had it here in one handy reference. All the other pages are just icing.
I wasn't able to open up the files in the comparing fractions poster, games and worksheets item that I purchased. It said a destination file could not be created. Is it possible to have an updated copy sent to me, so I can use the products? Thank you.
Thank you! I'm looking forward to using it. It's working great now!
All the documents are merged together and uploaded as one .pdf now. Sorry, there must have been a problem when I compressed the folder with the documents.
Would you consider rerating this product now that it is updated? Thank you!
