I developed this math assessment for my first graders to assess the Common Core objectives I taught during the first nine weeks or first quarter of school. It assesses students' knowledge of addition, subtraction, one-to-one correspondence, writing numbers, greater/less than, least-greatest, what number comes before, after, and in-between, missing numbers on a number line, word problems, and using ten frames. There are 23 problems and 9 pages in all.
Good question...I was out on maternity leave during third quarter, so my colleague made that one.

This was very helpful as my team is working toward creating a new assessment for the first quarter. I like how it covers a variety of skills. Thank you!

I've been teaching first grade for eight years, and I love to create fun activities and cute worksheets to reinforce previously taught skills. All of my products align with the Common Core.
