This product contain a brief 1-page assessment for each of the third grade Common Core Standards. There is also a Common Core Standards math checklist for each of the standard to help you monitor student progress and assessment of the standards. You'll also find graphs that can be used for data notebooks for students.
It's a zipped file, so that may have something to do with it. I can send it to you as individual files if you'd like.
You may want to contact TpT for technical support. They are much more knowledgable than I am!

I brought this. I love them. They all look great on the computer. When I try to print them 3.G.1,3G2, 3md5b,3md6,3md7a,3md7c, 3nf2a,3nf2b,3nf3a,3nf3c, all look horribe when I try to print them. Can you send me those files in an email? Those are the ones I am looking forward to using with my class very soon. Thanks

Ashleigh, This product looks awesome! I am looking forward to purchasing it except I have one question first - Is your document editable? At least the checklists and standard #s? I was wondering because we have to match it up with our district's work of the common core and our 'I Can' statements. Thank you Ashleigh!
The checklist is editable, but the assessments are not editable.
Thank you for asking!

When I opened your preview it worked, so I bought your program. When I tried to open it , it said it was a zipfile which I cannot open. Unless you can tell me how to open it without a zipfile, I would like my money back. Thanks,
Gail
If you contact TpT tech support (at the bottom of the page) I'm sure they can show you how to open a zip file. In the meantime, if you email me, I'll send you the files individually.

I bought your assessments and I love them. I have a question...on 3.OA.9, is the last number in number 3 supposed to be 48 instead of 28? Thanks!!
I am wondering if there are 2 versions for each assessment? I like to give kids who struggled on the first one a second chance to try out the test after a bit more review?
At this time there is only one version for each assessment. However, I am soon going to be making a similar product in a test prep format.

Hi Ashleigh- Someone asked a similiar question, but I was wondering how this assessment packet corolates with the Colorado Common Core Standards? Thanks- this product looks amazing and I hope to purchase several grade levels of these.
Suzanne
I'm not familiar with Colorado Standards, and I do not want to mislead you in any way. I do know that I compared the CCS to the GA Common Core Standards, and there were no differences at all. If you purchase the product and find that it does not match well, I can give you a refund. I'm sorry I don't have better information for you.

I love your product. It has made teaching just a bit easier using the common core. One question, your assessments are 5 - 8 questions, but your bar graph goes up in increments of 10. Do you assign some problems more than 1 point?
I've been having my students round to the nearest increment of ten, or if they score in the mid range I have them shade in half of the box. I have my students graph multiple assessments, and I found that smaller increments made this very confusing for them. Please let me know if I can help!

I really love the stuff that you create. I was interested in the Common Core Math Assessments for Third Grade, however, I am only interested in purchasing the assessments and answer key. I am not in need of the Checklists or Data Notebook products. Is there a way that I can only purcahse the assessments and answer key?
Could you please send an email to ashleigh_60@hotmail.com/
Thanks!

The graph with the amusement park bar graphs does not correlate to the answers. Is there any way to change this? For example, it looks like it is around 420 for the Six Flags girls and 190 for the Universal girls.
thank you. I have a PC and have tried everything you sent. It still will not print without black marks. It does not show this when I open the program with Adobe. The blackouts only appear when I print.
I have no idea what is going on then. You probably will need to contact TpT directly, because they have great technical support that are far more knowledgeable than I am. Just click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page and follow the steps. They're always very good at responding quickly.
Ashleigh,
This is an awesome package. However, I cannot print it. Most of it comes out blacked out or with black spots. It isn'tthe printer because when I select print on my computer, the print review shows the blackout spaces. Has anyone else had this problem? Could you send me a black and white version? Thank you
Joan Delony
Don't you just love how they've used a different code for everything...why??? Other than that, I haven't noticed any major differences in the content of the standards. Would you like a Word version so you can change the codes to mach CCGPS?

Will you be making math assessments for fifth grade? I will be teaching 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade math this year and would like to be consistent in all three grade levels. Thanks!!
Most of the files are in PDF, which should open on any computer. I did include a few Word files, so you can edit some of the forms to fit your classroom. If you have trouble opening the zip file, you can email me at ashleigh_60@hotmail.com, and I'll send them to you individually.

Hi there! Is it possible that you'll create a Common Core Math Assessment packet for second grade? I love what you'd created for third and fourth! Blessings!
I need to make 4th grade math first, but then I can start ELA.

This is going to sound ridiculous, but is there a way to compare your CCStandards with mine? I know the whole point of CCS is to make them the same across the country, but each state is making it their own. I am hoping our standards match because I would really love to purchase your assessments.
Thanks Ashleigh. PA teacher.
Hi there! If you send me your email address, I can send you an attachment of the checklist. That way you can double check the standards, before you make any purchases. Thank you for your interest!

Beautiful work, Ashleigh. SO helpful! I don't have a question, and not complaining but in my quick look after downloading saw a couple of little things you might like to know about. "Bush Gardens" (on one of the graph pages) is actually Busch Gardens (like Busch Beer) and on the answer key for comparing fractions the first one has a "greater than or equal to" sign rather than just a >.
I had no idea about Bush gardens! I guess you can tell how often I've been there:) I'll get that changed ASAP, as well as the answer key.

Thank you for all of your hard work, I absolutely love your stuff!! Do you have a Common Core Assessments/Data Notebook pack for fourth grade that I can purchase?
Thank you! I'm so happy you like some of my things. I don't have a 4th grade at this time. I want to make them, but I can't promise that I'll have them ready before school starts back.
I've been teaching for 8 years and think I have the best job in the world! I've taught 3rd and 4th grades and love developing curriculum and activities for my students.
