I love that you made this! One thing I would say is that I don't have the kids do one page everyday, it was taking too long...they do one or two activities per day. This provides great opportunity to reteach and review!

I've heard so many different ways that people have used them. A couple people have told me that they do one box per day so they finish a page per week. Others say they love doing one page for morning work. I like that it's so flexible for everyone to just do it as they see fit in their clasroom :)

Unfortunately, since some numbers are wider than others, I had the problem as well. For example, an 8 and a 1. I'm sorry they struggled, but I hope you find the set beneficial to you overall.

It sounds like that is a specific program that you are following. I'm not familiar with it and only know mental math to be a strategy for teaching math. The warm ups review all of the common core math standards. Each set includes each standard. The other sets are just continued practice. I'm not sure how the two relate together and what exactly you are looking for in order to be able to give you guidance. I'm sorry I'm not more help!

Right now, I only go up to 3rd. You could use the 3rd grade at the beginning of 4th as a review. I may or may not do 4th grade. I have some other projects I want to complete and I'm not as familiar with that grade.

Every district teaches them in their own order so they aren't in a specific order. Also, they spiral so each standard is done more than once throughout the pack.
