This resource contains two passages on the same event that can be paired together as a paired passage lesson. Both texts provide a different account of the events of September 11,2001. One text is written as a firsthand account and the other as a secondhand account.
I have included questions about each passage and short answer questions that require the students to use information from both passages to answer.
There are also several posters and generic printables that can be used with these passages or any other paired passages.
I have also included a suggested sequence for using the passages as a paired passage lesson.
