Here are the math and ELA standards written using the "I Can" statements. At our school we displayed these in pocket charts. They should fit perfectly. (They are a little big for the ones from the Target Dollar Spot, unless you skip every other pocket.)
The standards are color coded by subject.

Overall this a very useful and well crafted document. Unfortunately, it has several spacing mistakes. For example, extra spaces before the word and. Also, a few words are hidden behind the graphics and go above the border.
