When I printed this off it prints a smaller envolope on top of the other envolope. I open with adobe so I am not sure what I am doing wrong?

Hmmm...interesting! Although it's been downloaded over 20,000 times, I have never had anyone with an issue. Could it be your computer? I don't know what you mean by envelope. I would try again or use another computer. Let me know if it doesn't work. Good luck!
