Use this weekly writing assignment to build your classroom community across the year. This download includes a student handout of directions, requirements, and questions to use for SPY REPORTING on their classmates. Included are teacher directions and tips for making the routine go smoothly. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Subject Area:
I am in my 8th year of teaching. Most of my teaching experience has been in 5th grade, but I taught 4th grade for two years and looped with those classes. I have a masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Reading and received National Boards Certification in Middle Childhood. Being an elementary teacher, I teach all subject areas and think about ways to engage children in content through collaboration and discussion.
