Purpose: To show students' understanding of comparing 2 numbers from 0-10.
Directions:
This packet contains 2 work mats (Bigger Than, Smaller Than) that students can use to organize their numbers when comparing 2 numbers from 0-10. Cut out all the numbers (numeral and word), students will spin Spinner #1, find that number , then spin Spinner #2, find that number and then they will place those numbers in the correct spots so it reads the correct way. Use one work mat at a time. Students will write the word name of the number below if they are using the numeral cards. They will write the numeral if they are using word name cards. Spinner #2 has a "Your Choice†option where they can chose any number from 0-10 to compare.
This is a great tool to use for assessing students' understanding because it's more like a game than a test!!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have 10 total years of teaching experience in grades 1st-4th in North Carolina. I am now a stay at home mom, busy teaching my 4 year old and 2 year old. My experiences as a teacher and mom go into every product I make. I create items that hopefully make a teacher's classroom organized and lessons where their students stay highly engaged.
