Comparing Fractions, Decimals, and Percentages PowerPoint Game

To play Tic-Tac-Compare students must compare fractions, decimals, and percentages. They must determine whether the numbers given are equal. If they are not equal, they must answer the question of which of the numbers are of the least or greatest value.
Each of the slides gives one number in fraction form, one number in decimal form, and one as a percentage. Students will have to compare each of the different forms to determine the answer to the question. They also have to work carefully to be sure to watch for terminology as some questions ask for the smallest number and some ask for the largest.
The addition of the electronic tic-tac-toe adds the element of "fun" as each team tries to win the game. This is great as a whole class activity using a white board or on a single computer with two students playing against each other. All the while, they are working on the skill of converting and comparing numbers.

When I download the powerpoint, I cannot open it. A popup window appears that says I need a password to open the file. Has anyone else had this issue? I can open the other two attachments, just not the powerpoint.
