Students love to compare things that they have in English so why not give them something physically to compare in Spanish. Since some schools can't have food in the classroom this activity uses different colors and sizes of balloons for students to write comparison statements using mas que, menos que, tan como, tanto como and adjectives. Put students in groups, give them an assortment of balloons and they work together to compare and write sentences. I also have an activity like this with Jolly Ranchers in my store, or you can buy both together for a discounted price.
