These are the 6 reading comprehension strategies that good readers use while reading. These strategies go along with the reading workshop model as well as standard reading instruction. These posters can be printed small, or blow up to full poster size. The strategies covered are: Connections, Visualizing, Questioning, Determining Importance, Synthesizing, and Inferencing.
I love these little posters...I think they will help my students with the various strategies in comprehending text by their sheer poster appeal and my teaching from them.

printed these off in poster size and that helped with readability
I was very disappointed with these posters. The pictures and words looked very clear on the web site, but when I printed them out they were very hard to read. I won't be able to use them.
I hate to hear that! I have not gotten that kind of feedback on this item before. I would be glad to send you the pdf from my computer to your email if you would like.
